1. Our customer service team will fully manage all pest control jobs from the initial works order to completion. All you need to do is call 0800 54 64 54 or email through your work request and know that the tenants will be contacted quickly and the job completed effectively.
2. If you’re unsure what the issue is, we can call the tenants on your behalf, diagnose the problem and report back to you whether pest control is required.
3. We invoice promptly. No surprise invoices weeks or months after the job has been completed.
4. Our service team and technicians are trained to deal with tenants; they are very careful with the information they provide and always refer them back to the property manager if further information is required.
5. We prioritise the property managers we service regularly. Any urgent requests are dealt with promptly.
6. We have strong H & S processes in place. We minimise your exposure under new H & S legislation. We are PREQUAL and Maintenance Manager qualified.

Under H & S legislation you are responsible for the H & S of your tenants and the service people you send on-site. Bug King has passed independent H & S assessments by Prequal & Maintenance Manager. You can be confident that you, your customers and your tenants will be protected from any H & S risks.

Our treatments use synthetic pyrethroids (which are based on natural pyrethrums). The products we use have been proven safe in sensitive situations over several decades. All treatments are professionally applied and are at a level that are very safe for humans and pets. All products are readily metabolized. If anyone does come into contact with the treatment it will pass straight through them with no long-term build-up.

When baiting for rodents, the security of our bait placements is a high priority. If children or pets have potential access to the bait, we will secure it in a high-quality lockable bait station. If bait is placed in inaccessible areas, we will wire it in place to ensure that rodents can’t drag it to new locations.
